Waterfront Parking Plan
From May 15 to September 15 the parking management plan will be in effect at the Ajax Waterfront area to manage increased parking on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays. The plan contains designated parking areas including FREE permitted parking for Ajax residents and paid parking for non-residents.

- * 10 free Waterfront Resident Guest Parking Permits for any house within the parking controlled waterfront feeder streets along Lake Driveway East or West (10 per season, per household)

The Town provides the following parking options for residents and
visitors:
Occasional Use Parking Permits (OUPP) - Town Wide
This permit allows all residents and visitors to apply for, and receive,
a parking exemption for the prohibitions of parking longer than 3 hours and for
parking between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m.
Resident Waterfront Parking
Ajax residents can park for free at designated parking areas - parking lots and signed streets - at the Ajax Waterfront by registering their license plates online.
Paradise Beach Resident Parking – Free
Only residents living in the Paradise Beach area can park their vehicles on streets
signed “No Parking – Registered Local Residents Parking Only” by registering
their license plates online. Limit of 1 vehicle per household.
Visitor Paid Parking (Non-resident)
- * $10 per 3 hours
- * $20 per visit. Valid until 9 p.m. the same day
- * Park in designated paid parking areas
- * $60 parking ticket for violations
- * Pay now
Please note, remaining parking provisions within the Traffic By-law remain in effect. The Town's Parking Brochure lists parking prohibitions and enforcement procedures and practices.
